I just bought this pattern online, and decided to nominate it for first sweater. The diamond knit is similar to the purple one on the other post

I'm with Dane, voting for the first one. I think a cardigan might be a bit ambitiour for a first project. If you want to make them all, this is how I'd rank them: the first one, the "wool house", then the rest in the order presented, with the brown diamond cardigan last. I really, really like the one with your comment about making the face. Good luck!
